Appointments and payment

The full price of your appointment is collected at the time of booking. All prices are shown inclusive of the scan or consultation, the clinician's time and your report.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Within 48 hours, the fee may be retained. [Final cancellation wording to be confirmed by Tom — open item.]
