We welcome referrals from GPs, consultants, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals. Patients can also self-refer — no referral letter is required.

How to refer

Email a referral to hello@lphg.co.uk or call 020 0000 0000. We aim to see urgent cases the same week and issue a written report within 24 hours of the appointment.
