Who we are

London Private Healthcare Group Ltd ("we") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our clinical service at 11 Devonshire Place, London W1G 6HR.

What we collect and why

To arrange an appointment we collect your name, date of birth, sex, email, mobile number and an optional reason for your visit. Health data is special category data and is processed for the provision of healthcare. We practise data minimisation and collect only what we need.

Our processors

• Semble — our clinical records and booking system. Your patient record and appointment data are held in Semble, not on this website.
• Stripe — payment processing. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
• Resend — transactional email (appointment confirmations).

Booking without consenting to analytics

Booking works whether or not you accept analytics cookies. We do not place non-essential cookies until you consent, and we never put your personal or health data in URLs, logs or analytics.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Clinical records retention is handled in Semble in line with healthcare record-keeping requirements. Contact hello@lphg.co.uk to exercise your rights.
